Ataraxis – the absence of mental stress or anxiety
Built this simple Progressive Web App (PWA) as a reminder to re-frame negative thinking by turning those unhelpful thoughts into actionable, positive steps and reminders.

Psychologists call this “cognitive restructuring” – a therapeutic process that helps a person to recognize and replace their negative, often irrational thoughts (or cognitive distortions).
I plan to build this into a full PWA, allowing users to enter their own most common negative thoughts and the appropriate alternate thought for each situation.
